Card Captors (Sakura)

CCS, as it is known for short, starts off with a girl named Sakura opening a book hidden in the basement of her house which belongs to her dad. This is no ordinary book, because inside it are magical cards which has a special ability or controls an element. These cards fly everywhere and also in the book is the guardian Kerobaros, or Kero. he is mad at her and tells her to get them back. He gives her equipment and through the series, Sakura has to step out her normal life to get them back. In order to get them back, Sakura has to battle the cards with the ones she already has (she starts with the wind card which doesn't fly away). Helping her is Li, who wants the cards as well. But he doesn't capture many, although he is a great help to Sakura. This anime has lots of turns in the story and new characters are introduced well. In my view, this anime is under-rated.
